We Will share one of our favorite recipes prepared by The Chula Creative Cuisine.


Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 T almond flour
  • 1/4 T flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 T coconut flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Monk or sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 2 tbsp of chia
  • 2 tbsp of seeds of hemp
  • 2 tbsp of sunflower seed
  • 2 tbsp of pumpkin seed
  • 2 tbsp of quinoa raw
  • 1/4 cup of Goji berries
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3/4 mineral water
  • Date to taste
  • Cacao Nibs to taste

Preparation:

Stir all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add the fruit you have, fresh blueberries, chopped dates or figs, peeled without skin on.
you Can decorate with toppings such as oatmeal and cocoa nibs.
stick it in the oven at 180•C for 45 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes clean.
